GearDex

Working photographers, independent filmmakers, wedding and commercial studios, FAA Part 107 drone operators, and small rental houses managing multi-camera kits.

Most shooters track tens of thousands of dollars in bodies, lenses, drones, and lighting across scattered spreadsheets and notes apps. Serial numbers go missing when an insurer asks for an inland marine schedule, batteries get left on chargers before a 5 AM call time, and loaned lenses disappear between second shooters.

الحل

GearDex puts your full gear locker, QR check-out receipts, FAA Part 107 and Remote ID drone records, inland marine insurance PDF exports, and weather-aware shoot plans with call sheets into one fast workspace across Web, native macOS 1.3.2, and native Windows 1.3.2, with an iOS app coming soon.

Built by a working shooter running a Fujifilm GFX 100 II, X-T5, Lumix S1R II, and S9 kit rather than a generic IT asset team. Every field fits real production gear: lens mounts, filter threads, FAA Remote ID serials, battery cycles, and one-click insurance schedules.
